auto refresh report generation for project online data

I am new to Project Online.

Have created arouind 50 projects in Project online with respective tasks and schedules.

Now i have to generate a real time dashboard with project reports.

This report should refresh automatically.

i have tried excel and power bi. Report generates but does not refresh when data changes in Project online.

It would be appreciable if somebody could help me out.

Hi @kajalraj,

There are two options you can try based on your requirements,

1. In Power BI service, connect to Project Online content pack for Power BI. Then enter credential for the data source and enable the schedule refresh.

2.  In Power BI desktop, use OData feed data source, enter your Project Web App URL with "/_api/projectdata" appended, eg:

https://qiuyunusproject.sharepoint.com/sites/pwa/_api/projectdata

Then you can create data with useful data by yourself. After finish the report, you can publish it to Power BI service, go to dataset settings and schedule refresh like first image.
