auto export data into excel from power bi service

hello guys,

hope you all well,

i have requirement that i have to export whole page into single excel sheet. Currently we have to export each table data into seperate excel sheet but i need to export all tables data into single excel sheet with all tables header.

 

Note: I have Pro License

Hi, @Magnitude 

 

It is unsupported to export data in whole report page into single excel sheet. You are able to export from a dashboard tile or a report visual. There are two ways to export. 

 

Select the option for Summarized data if you want to export data for what you see in that visual. This type of export shows you only the data (columns and measures) that are being used to create the visual. If the visual has an aggregate, you'll export aggregated data.

Select the option for Underlying data if you want to see the data in the visual and additional data from the dataset (see chart below for details). If your visualization has an aggregate, selecting Underlying data removes the aggregate.

 

I'd like to suggest you post a new idea in Idea Forum and add your comments there to improve Power BI for making this feature coming sooner.
