'as Timeline' custom visual not showing data in PowerBI online

Hi Team,

I am using the 'as Timeline' custome visual . The visual gets populated in PowerBI desktop but when I publish my report to cloud, the visual is blank.

I even tried using the visual directly in Power BI but to no avail. The visual is still blank.

Hi @akshij,

By my test with the custom visual As Timeline, I cannot reporduce your issue, I could see the the visual when I in Power BI Service.

In addition, what browser do you use? You could clear the cache of the browser or have a try with another browser, such as Goolge Chrome.

If it is convenient, could you share a dummy pbix file which can reproduce the issue, so that we can help further investigate on it? You can upload it to OneDrive or Dropbox and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.)

Hi @v-piga-msft  - I am having the same issue using this 'as Timeline' visual. I could see data in Desktop. It's not showing data when i publish to PBI Service. I have verified this different browsers.
