arcgis Plus Sign Up need Admin

Hi,

When attempting to Signup for ArcGIS Plus I get the following warning after I select my account.

ArcGIS Maps for Power BI

Need admin approval

ArcGIS Maps for Power BI needs permission to access resources in your organization that only an admin can grant. Please ask an admin to grant permission to this app before you can use it.

What has our org turned off that ArcGIS Maps needs?  Is there documentation on what the control is going to require?

Thanks for the reply. The article you provided doesn't tell me the deail on what is required in the O365 tenant.

I will work with ESRI Support I guess.
