app updates not visible for users

Hi community,

I did some research in the relevant topics, however, I couldnt find what I was looking for.

So here's my issue: I have some reports in ONE workspace from which I upload all the content into an app (with "update app"). I know, that the data update in the app can take some time, but why I can see the new data, but my users don't? We tried with several reports, new pages etc., everything works fine, no error messages get thrown. However, minor data changes, e.g. target values, additional monthly data, is only visible for the workspace owners/admins, but not for the users.

Any ideas what could cause the issues? are there settings we have to check?

Hi, @nikaleya 

After the data has been updated, you need to select Update app in the Workspace content view.

The workspace is your staging area, so your changes aren't live in the app until you publish again. This lets you make changes without affecting the published apps.

Hi there,

this is exactly the process I use, upload in workspace and then update the app. However, I (as an admin and workspace owner) can see the data changes, but the other users cannot. I also tried to replace the report entirely in the app - nothing helped, users still see the old data.
