app.powerbi.com - 'Get more visuals' or 'Import a visual from a file' does nothing when clicked.

I am attempting to upload a visual, or simply find available visuals. Both of these buttons do nothing when I click on them.

Ensure you are using a supported browser like Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox. Sometimes, browser compatibility issues can cause such problems.

Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can help resolve unexpected behavior.

If this can't help, maybe you can try this alternative workaround:

Open the power bi desktop, and sign in your account. Then you can add custom visuals in desktop with get more visuals.

Right-click the visual and select Pin to visualizations pane, so that you can see it in power bi service.

Could you please check with your power BI administrator to ensure that they have not disabled the tenant settings on importing custom visuals?
