api.powerbi.com timed out while fetching groups IDs

while accessing http://api.powerbi.com/v1.0/myorg/groups returns error request timed out in postman, i was able to successfully generate Bearer token with resource as https://analysis.windows.net/powerbi/api  in Body form data from https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/oauth2/token with reference to the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5AVnAsi9ENc i followed every steps. will you help me solve this issue?
