analyze in excel, incremental refresh

can analyze in excel feature work with power bi dataset that has been configured for incremental refresh & uploaded to service?

Check this document, it didn't mentioned such limitation.

It certainly does need a Power BI Pro or Power BI Premium license as @lbendlin mentioned.

yes, as long as the users have pro license or the dataset is on premium capacity shared via app.

Users also need build permission.
