Hi Gurus,
I have been tasked by my supervisor to compile a comprehensive report detailing all existing reports across various workspaces. Additionally, I am required to include information regarding their respective datasets, refresh schedules, utilization frequency, and daily refresh counts.
I am seeking guidance on whether this task can be effectively accomplished using Power BI Service.
Your advice and insights are greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your attention and assistance.

Hi faheem_Latif_BI
The Power BI Service does not provide a very easy way for you to get this information, but with a little bit of API knowledge, you will be able to get all relevant metadata from the PBI Service API: Metadata scanning - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

Hi @faheem_Latif_BI ,
Jonvoge is partially right, you can view the information via the Power BI REST API.
You can view this through the Admin portal in Power BI, however, this approach assumes that you are a global administrator or Power BI administrator.
The Power BI Admin Portal provides an overview of the usage and distribution of reports and datasets across the organization.
You can view your organization's Power BI usage through Usage metrics.
It also shows which users and groups in the organization are most active in Power BI.
With this information, you can really see how people are using Power BI across the organization.
Refresh summary to view scheduled refreshes and see details of refreshes that have occurred.
Audit logs can be queried for information about how often reports and dashboards are accessed.
