Zooming functionality not working since upgrading to Jan 2023

We recently upgraded from Jan 2022 (1.13.8086.22725) to Jan 2023 (15.0.1111.115) for an on-prem Power BI Report Server.  In Jan 2022 you could zoom in on Power BI reports using Ctrl+scroll wheel but it is not working.  I'd like to find out if there is a way to re-activate this functionality.  I know that you can use Ctrl+Shift+scroll wheel, but it has been requested to return the previous functionality.
