ZoomCharts Network Chart not showing in Service

Hi! Has anyone else noticed issues with the free ZoomCharts Network Chart? I mean in my workspaces it suddenly stopped working. Version is 1.1.0 and it used to show up just fine in the service. Also, this visualization works fine in the desktop version, but after publishing, the visualization is totally empty.

Hello all, it seems the issue has been fixed, I tested out in two of my dashboard and it-s working.

Has anyone managed to resolve this issue?

I received this message via email from ZoomChart Support: "we identified that this was caused by a change on Mircrosoft’s side and we are currently in talks with them whether this can be reverted."

I made the same assumption. But a notification message in the visual would be helpful to see whats the problem is.

Unfortunately, we cannot simply add ad-hoc notification messages - that would require a change in the visual.

I have the same problem on Power BI Service. The chart is not showing, just white space. I am using the free version of ZoomCharts Network Chart.

Good to know! I wonder if it’s a deliberate push towards using trial and PRO.

henrituol, we would never deliberately impair the experience of existing users in order to persuade them to try the pro versions.
