I have the same problem on Power BI Service. The chart is not showing, just white space. I am using the free version of ZoomCharts Network Chart.

Good to know! I wonder if it’s a deliberate push towards using trial and PRO.

    henrituol, we would never deliberately impair the experience of existing users in order to persuade them to try the pro versions.

      Hello, my organization is facing the same scenario. I'll also submit email but it's exactly the same problem. So please be sure to update this thread with a new and final solution for all general public.
