Zendesk no tags ?

Have anyone found any way to display tags from zendesk ?

It is the most crusial way to track repeted issues when working with zendesk.

But i can not find anyway to display them.

I found ZappySYS has a Zendesk API connector. It is not free but it does work.

I am looking to see if I can get tags via the builtin PowerBI Zendesk data connector, but it appears to not allow tags via this data connector.

Any updates since 2017?
