Hi there,
I got a trouble with zendesk connection. I set up on desktop version everything works.
but now, on PBI Service I got error with connection, and when I tried to configure connection I can not choose an authentification method
Anyone can hep me please.

Have you configured and used a gateway? If so, check to see if the gateway is updated. And create a new Zendesk connection in Manage Connections and Gateway:
