Zendesk app custom fields

If I tried to import data (Zendesk beetta) to Power BI desktop, I got an error message: OLE DB or ODBC error: [DataSource.Error] Web.Contents failed to get contents from
https://rauhava. zendesk.com/api/v2/search.json?page=11&query=type%3Aticket (422): Unprocessable Entity..

I tried your instruction but got the same error message.

Because I can't bring information, i tried to use the server app. The problem is that I can't get custom fields there.

Hi all,

 

We are having the same issue and cannot find any proper solution. I cannot remember if it will work, but you might try to keep the latest 1000 rows. It is not a solution for the whole dataset, but if you make filter based on latest created tickets, you might have the last 1000 tickets out for reporting.
