Hello
I have googled this for days now, with no success.
I have authenticated the Zendesk app for Power BI online. Unfortunately I did it with an account that is not administrator.
Now I need to know how to change the credentials? It auto logs on to the "wrong" account every time, and the auto created dashboard can not be refreshed.
I have tried https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, but I can only find Google Analytics there under Power BI.
There must be some way to reconnect with the Zendesk app or remove the user I connected it with in the first place?
Best regards
Hi,
Take a look at these docs: https://aserve.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PBCFZ/pages/2545221633/Administation+Guide#How-to-connect-P...
May be this is somethign that you need.
Anna
Hi @DavidB,
You can open datasource setting to clean the stored credentials.( File ->Options and Settings -> Datasource Setting )

Hello @Anonymous
Thank you for the answer.
Unfortunately your solution is for the Power BI Desktop. I am refering to the Zendesk "app" which I found here https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/power-bi/4830641c-c068-4c50-b636-8eb95a9558d7?tab=Overview
Hi @DavidB,
Maybe you can try to modify it at settings -> datasets -> data source credentials.
You can also try to clean up the stored credentials at windows side:
How do I clear cached credentials from my Windows Profile?
If above not help, I think you can try to clean up the web browser cache data and reconnect to the connector.
