Your tenant admin has disabled subscriptions with full report attachments

I am the admin of a tenant, my report and dataset are on a workspace backed by premium per user license.

I am trying to create a subscription to enable automated emails but the powerpoint and pds options are greyed out.

I've enabled the following setting in the admin portal (both for entire organization and a specific group) yet cannot manage to resolve.

What am I missing?

Hi @el-bachaohaql

What you can do is -

  1. Check Tenant Settings:

    • Ensure "Export to PowerPoint and PDF" is enabled in the Admin Portal for both subscriptions and the entire organization/specific group.
  2. Workspace License:

    • Verify the workspace is backed by a Premium Capacity (PPU or Premium) as export features require premium licensing.
  3. User Permissions:

    • Ensure you have Build permissions on the report and dataset.
  4. Feature Limitation:

    • PDF/PPT exports are not supported for RLS-enabled reports or certain live connections.
  5. Browser/Cache Issue:

    • Clear cache or try a different browser.

Ensure all settings align and your workspace meets licensing and configuration requirements.
