You need permissions from your power bi admin to promote this app

I'm trying to promote a template app, however I keep getting this error:

However I am the tenant admin! I've enabled these in the admin portal:

(enabled for admins). However the error persists. Is there any other setting I need?

Hi  @Kurren ,

I saw the screenshot you provided about the settings in Admin Portal, those options that don't seem to be template-related.

Hi @Anonymous . Thanks, however I already have those two options as enabled. I am able to create the template app, however it's not allowing me to promote it which is the next step.
