You have exceeded the amount of requests allowed in the current time frame and further requests.

Hey everyone,

I built a simple paginated report and was trying to export to pdf using power automate. I run the flow every two minutes. The first export is successful. However, every subsequent export fails due to the error mentioned above. My paginated report is on a PPU workspace. Is there anyway to increase the requests allowed and how would I go about doing such?

It is a documented limitation of PPU

"The export API for PPU is available for paginated reports, with a limit of one call every 5 minutes, per user. Power BI reports are not supported."

Power BI Premium Per User - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

 

You will need a premium capacity to issue more frequent exports
