XERO Connection
To connect Xero to Power BI, you can use the Power BI Content Pack for Xero. Here's how:
Go to the Power BI service, and then select Get Data.
Select Services, and then select Xero.
Sign in to your Xero account and then select the organization you want to connect to.
Choose the entities you want to import, such as Invoices, Bank Transactions, Contacts, and so on.
Select Load to import the data into Power BI.
Once the data is imported, you can create visualizations and reports using Power BI's built-in tools.
Alternatively, if you don't see Xero in the Get Data list, you can connect to Xero data by using the Power Query Editor in Power BI Desktop. You'll need to use the Web connector to extract data from Xero and then shape it in Power Query before loading it into Power BI.

I could be missing something obvious here but with the latest changed to the Power Bi online there is no simple 'get data' button available. How do we get to the 'Services' screen now to select Xero. I reviewed the Apps but Xero is not an available app when i search. Could you please advise what is the latest process or should Xero be appearing on the list of apps?

I know I'm late, but maybe it will help someone else, but I can see the Get Data button, clicking on the little down arrow, if I select More... I can then select Online Services.
Yep Xero not there, but I can still see Google Analytics and others, none of which I use. I prefer others to do the pbi stuff for me tbh.
