We are using Power BI Embedded capacity and assigned 2 Workspaces to this capacity with Large Semantic Model Storage Format enabled for both of them. All of a sudden they both got shifted to Small Semantic Model Storage Format. Any idea on why this happened.
Thanks,
Renuka

HI @Renu ,
In this article, Large semantic models in Power BI Premium - Power BI | Microsoft Learn, it mentions Supported regions and Setting maximum semantic model size and Pro isn't supported - do you think any of those apply here? Or do you have a small capacity that is restrictive (even though you can selct "large" it just auto-resets you back to small since you don't have the capacity to do "large").

Hi @collinq ,
Thank You for replying. We are in supported Region. One thing that triggered my thought is we recently updated Max semantic model size setting to Max of capacity. Could that be the reason?
Hey @Renu ,
it probably is - the capacity settings can be the reason based on what I was reading.
