Workspaces and publish to web
Hello
I am new to PowerBi and have a question.
If my colleague and I get Power BI pro licenses. Will we able to share our workspace and be able to publish the dashboards to public?
Will the embedded code ever change after it has been published once?
Thanks
The code should not change once it is published.
It will only change if you remove the publish to web and then re-enable it.

Hi LakshmiSankar ,
For publish to web feature in Power BI Service:
- You need a Microsoft Power BI license to publish to web from My Workspace.
- You need a Microsoft Power BI Pro or Premium Per User license to publish to web from workspaces.
- Publish to web is available for reports you can edit in your My Workspace and workspaces.
- It isn't available for reports shared with you, or ones relying on row-level security to secure data.
- Your report viewers don't need to be Power BI users.
There are also some limitations:

Hi ,
I'm a Pro License user but still i dont have access to publish to web , and according to my exploration I got to know that there is a requirement of Admin Role Access so that I can publish reports to web so that viewers can skip Power BI Login page .
