I'm trying to give different persons access to different part of my Power BI app.
However, when I add a new audience, Workspace users are automatically added to the audience group.
By this, I can't define a group of users that should have access to the specific parts of the app.
Is there a way to remove Workspace users from an audience?
Solved! Go to Solution.
I recall reading that this behavior is by design. Anyone who has access to your workspace automatically has access to the app reports. Depending on your use case, you might consider removing the users from the workspace so that they can only access your reports through the app, especially if they're only in the workspace as viewers. Apps should replace workspace viewing.
