Hi
I've created reports from our School MIS (Bromcom) via live feeds so a large volume of data is being transferred (one table is 830000 records). When I refresh manually through the report it takes 5 minutes and then 30 seconds to publish. When I then look at app.powerbi.com after the report has finished - it still shows as running and sometimes times out.
When I schedule the report, it times out each night, but if I kick off manually through powerbi desktop it all works?
Why could this be please?
Thank you

Hi - thanks, think I worked it out! The Live feeds from the MIS grab all the data regardless of any incremental settings I had in place...so I think that when I run the reports through the app.powerbi.com it was looking at the last 3 days as I had set, but as all the data was coming back I think it got muddled (not a technical term!). removed all references to incremental refresh on the desktop and worked like a dream!
Thank you!

Hi @RedWineGirl
Can you make sure that you have got the gateway configured and working to the data source?
