Workspace only with dashboards?

Hello,

Is it possible to separate datasets and dashboards into separate workspaces so that the business can only access and see dashboards, while the other workspace is only managed and accessable to BI department?

Hi Lena. You can't just have a workspace with only dashboards. You need to pin visuals from somewhere, report built or in construction from a dataset.

If you just want a place to show dashboards and keep all the developments unaccessible for the audience, you can create a PowerBi App of the workspace with only dashboards and share it.

You can have a workspace full of datasets, reports, dashboards and create an app of it with only dashboards. Share the app to the users that should only see dashboards.
