Workspace listing random refresh times

Has anyone seen anything like the below happen before in a workspace - looking at the datasets, more or less every single report is displaying a random time for when a next refresh is scheduled, desp...

Please check if you have set any schedule cache refresh for your dashboard.

Hi,

 

Not really sure what that is, but googling indicates that's only relevant for live connections or anything through DirectQuery - everything here just connects to Excel files so that option isn't available in the first place

 

edit - it looks like they go away once the relevant "refresh" time has passed, but when I republish the report to pull through new data, the refresh time reappears one day later than the previous time...

      Sure, here's the last refresh and next refresh timings of a report I've updated a few minutes ago:
