Hi joanna_ha ,

Start by using the endpoint to list all the workspaces in your Power BI environment. This endpoint allows you to retrieve information about both Premium and Shared/Pro capacities.

To automate the extraction and integration process, consider using Power Automate. You can create a custom flow that periodically calls the Power BI REST API to fetch the latest workspace details and then integrates this data into your Power BI audit report.

Below is the official link will help you:

Groups - Get Group - REST API (Power BI Power BI REST APIs) | Microsoft Learn

Hi,
thank you for the suggestion. I tried this method and although it provides some useful information, it still does not provide the information I am looking for (domain name, workspace description, etc.). Any other ideas?
