"....contain hidden or soft-deleted Fabric artifacts..." --- how can we find this artifacts?
We have been using this workspace and capacity for years. So, it is not something that we created recently and got that error.

Do you see any other items in the workspace (Explorations, for example)?
You can use the REST APIs to list all items in a workspace and get the item types:
