Workspace V2 bulk update option from tenant setting is not available

Hi Team,

 

I have a message 'Workspaces V2 bulk upgrade is now available. Select "Upgrade all" below to experience the benefits of the latest version.' when logged in to admin portal. However, the upgrade button is not visible. I am a PBI admisitrator for the entire organisation, and under a premium capacity licence.  Please suggest how to upgrade to the latest version for all of my org's workspaces
