Workspace Size in MB or GB

Hi,   There are 50 workspace in my tenant. Need to find out the workspace size of each workspace, how do i get it. Can we find from Admin monitoring workspace. OR need to go each workspace - wo...

    Hi,

     

    You do not need to open each workspace manually.

     

    The Admin Monitoring workspace does not directly show the storage size for all workspaces.

     

    Currently, the available options are:

    • Go to each Workspace → Settings → System Storage (manual approach)
    • Use Power BI REST API or PowerShell to fetch workspace storage details for all workspaces
    • Use Premium Capacity Metrics App if your workspaces are in Premium capacity

     

    For around 50 workspaces, PowerShell or REST API would be the easiest and most efficient approach.
