Workspace Size in MB or GB

Hi,

There are 50 workspace in my tenant.

Need to find out the workspace size of each workspace, how do i get it.

Can we find from Admin monitoring workspace.

OR

need to go each workspace - workspace settings - system storage.

Any other way, please help.

Hi,

You do not need to open each workspace manually.

The Admin Monitoring workspace does not directly show the storage size for all workspaces.

Currently, the available options are:

• Go to each Workspace → Settings → System Storage (manual approach)
• Use Power BI REST API or PowerShell to fetch workspace storage details for all workspaces
• Use Premium Capacity Metrics App if your workspaces are in Premium capacity

For around 50 workspaces, PowerShell or REST API would be the easiest and most efficient approach.
