Hey,
I want to share workspace with my organization, like,
but i want to put all my reports with respect to domain like above like finance have 3 reports, HR have 5 reports Procurement have 5 reports etc but I want that when end user comes on particular folder like Finance, he/she can see only that report which I gave permission rest of all report either not show or say something like that you don’t have any permission on that
Problem is that when ever I try to give permission to workspace user can see all reports on that workspace that I actually dot want I want end user to populate workspace name also and restricted report view
Thanks

Hi @shahzad667 ,
to achieve what you want, you need to split your workspace in multiple workspaces. So one workspace would be Finance, second HR etc.
In case you really need to use only one workspace, then you need to have RLS in each dataset and give users Viewer rights, but that is very demanding and difficult for maintenance (not recomennded).
