Hello,
I am curious how other enterpises manage their workspace creation in terms of how it fits into the enteprises overal Power BI goverance strategy.
Do you have it open for anyone to create a workspace if they want or do you have controls in place.
If it is complelty open how do you manage things like orphaned workspaces, or if you let the business control it plus deelopment how do you apply any goverance to that model.
Thanks.

In our company nobody can create (Premium) workspaces. They need to request the workspace and they need to provide two admins. Only then will we create the workspace for them. We are checking the admin count weekly and informing the remaining admin that they need to add more admins. If they don't do that then we remove the workspace from Premium until they do.
Hi @Esef
A workspace is a shared environment for a group of people. You can have multiple Power BI content in a workspace. A workspace can contain hundreds of dashboards, reports, and datasets. You can add people (or in other words, Power BI accounts) to your workspace and give them permission to edit or read content.
I found a document about worksapce , hope it will help you !
