In order to share any dashboards or reports, you will need a Power BI Pro license for each and every user you want to share it with.
The other option is to use Power BI Premium, where you can share Apps with Free Power BI Users.

- I see that Teams create automaticaly a workspace in PowerBI, so can i use it to share reports withoutPro licence ?
