In order to connect to Wdata chains I need the following information located in the screenshot below. Where would I be able to find the Application (Client) ID referenced below?

Per the description on Power BI connector from Workiva, you need a registered Azure AD application in Azure portal firstly.
To register or find the registered application, you could enter App registrations page and click on the app name to go to the settings page of the app.
Application(client) ID is displayed on the Overview page.
