Workgroup users unable to download App
Hi I am having trouble with some users within a workgroup not being able to download the app from appsource once published. Other users within the group have been able to download the app correct...

There is a mix of users -
Our organisation has purchased premium and the workspace is hosted on this.
I have pro, my colleague has pro and is also a workspace admin but cannot download the app. Then there is a mix between group members who cannot access and those who can.
before the error message saying app cannot be installed there is a "no app found" flashing up in the top left of appsource
