Workgroup users unable to download App

Hi

 

I am having trouble with some users within a workgroup not being able to download the app from appsource once published. Other users within the group have been able to download the app correctly. All users have been set up in the same way via a group.

 

publishing to premium content space has been enabled before publishing app

 

Has anyone experienced anything else similar?

    Is there a difference between the Free or Pro users?

     

    Also are some users Members of the Workgroup (App Workspace)?

    Hi

     

    There is a mix of users -

     

    Our organisation has purchased premium and the workspace is hosted on this.

     

    I have pro, my colleague has pro and is also a workspace admin but cannot download the app. Then there is a mix between group members who cannot access and those who can.

     

    before the error message saying app cannot be installed there is a "no app found" flashing up in the top left of appsource
