Hi all,
I have a few dashboards that get sent to various recipients on a weekly basis. One of the pages of these dashboards is a qualitative page which I use WordCloud 2.0.0 for.
It has come to our attention that, when the dashboard is coming through via the e-mail subscription via the service, specifically the qualitative/WordCloud page of the dashboard is appearing blank. This has been happening since 20th July - before then it was perfectly fine.
I have troubleshooted a few scenarios and the issue seems to be the dashboards, as when I subscribe to just a specific page using WordCloud that comes through fine, as below:
However, when the dashboard comes through, that same page is blank:
Has anyone got any ideas as to a fix for this? I need to use the dashboard reporting as I'm pulling multiple pages into this report.
Thank you!
Hi @jgdgsf2,
May I know whether this issue keeps happening or just happens transiently? Will this visual on its source report and dashboard display properly? If you recreate a subscription with this visual, will this issue happen either?
If there is any post helps, then please consider Accept it as the solution to help the other members find it more quickly. If I misunderstand your needs or you still have problems on it, please let me know. Thanks a lot!

Hi, thanks for your response.
This has been a persistent issue since 20th July - before then it worked fine.
On the source report and report/dashboard on the service it is visible - it's only when the dashboard subscription comes through via e-mail the same page is blank.
I have created fresh WordCloud visuals (see example in first post) and it still works fine. The issue seems to be with the subscription service.
