Word Cloud, Tool Tip, PBI Service - Not Showing

All of sudden on PBI service, Word cloud is not showing tool tip that is enabled on desktop.

It works in desktop but not visible other than "?" icon, in IE11, Chrome.

Need suggestions to resolve or users facing similar issue at their end on different KPIs or Charts in PBI service.

It doesn't work in the service but it DOES work if its published on a web (public). Check this one:
