With Free License-Export data option is enabled to external users?

Dear all,

 

I have query regarding the data export option to external users with underlying data.

Is it possible to the external users with free account to download data? 

Please suggest and share your views.

    Hi rajendraongole1 ,

     

    The rule is that if somebody is going to view a report they need a license.  As a trial user, you can see your report and can even publish up to a MY Workspace location but you can't share it.  If you have a license and they have a license then you can share and give whatever permissions you want to give to the other users (internal or external) with what they can do with the data.
