Windows 10 Power BI app doesn't sync

I'm trying to use the Windows 10 app, but it just hangs while syncing. I've created models in Desktop and published to Service - so am all set up.

 

Is there anything else necessary to use the app? And is it in any way different from the web version?

    Hi Anonymous ,

    Could you please provide the steps which you publish and used app in Power BI and the screen shot of app hangs when syncing? You can refer this documentation about publish an app in Power BI.
