Being a Fabric Admin, I have setup a fabric capacity with a F16 SKU but one of the standard user is being shown (Trial period - 38 days left). That user has already been assigned Power BI Pro license and while canceling the trial license to switch over to the Pro license, it gives warning for the data removal? Can anyone kindly confirm if that is the case?

Hi @DanialAnwaar ,
According to your question, you mean your workspace is fabric capacity but your user is pro license right?
If your fabric capacity is F64 or higher, then just free license is sufficient, if you are F16, the Pro license is fully compliant with your needs and will not have any effect.
Here are the tests we did, when we are in fabric capacity, the pro privilege is able to use all the features in the workspace without any impact, hope this helps you!

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out.
The confusion still stands.
let me break it apart:
Currently, the license version for the workspace is as below (Not running on Trail):
All the users have power BI Pro licenses attached & only user who had also been assinged the same license as others but for that user, while working, it shows (37 days left for trial) even though the power bi pro license is attached to his profile and workspace is running on Fabric capacity.
When we try swithcing that one particuler user from Trial to Pro, it gives the warning.
Just confirm if we switch that user license (Not a ADMIN) from Trial to pro, will it impact despite the fact that workspace is running on FABRIC CAPACITY - Pay-as-you-go.

Hi @DanialAnwaar ,
When you use tiral permissions to switch to pro permissions, your power bi projects will not be moved, but the fabric content will be deleted, so you don't need to worry if you don't use the fabric content.
For example, as you can see in the picture below you will observe that the icon of your owned trial will disappear, the items we marked as fabric in your workspace will be deleted, but the data of your power bi will remain.
If you still have questions you can check the relevant documents I found for you, I hope to help you with your questions, I would be honored if I could solve your problems!
