Will a member of a workspace be removed after leaving the company

Hi,

Wondering if a member of a workspace will be removed from list of members after a certain grace period after quitting the company?

Or will his user remain as kind of a ghost forever?

HEy @newbie_but_conf ,

when you add the user to a workspace, he will be there as a ghost even if the account will be deactivated.

For this reason I recommend using Azure Active Directory groups. Normally the AAD team will take care of removing members from groups. At least this is how our AAD teams takes care of that 😉
