Why users is requested to be registered for Power BI free (if these licenses already exist on

Dear colleagues,

We have noticed that when some users access to a Power BI service by first time they a message asking them to create an account on Power BI.

I don't understand well why users are asked to that.

Our company has Premium P1 subscription (by capacity) and the report is included on a workspace with License mode Premium per capacity so a free license would be enough. Office 365 license portal shows we have Power BI free licenses

If we grant the free license to user in advance the message does still appears as follows

So, user has not to complete any registration but a message of confirmation does appear.

Does it exist any way to allow user (with O365 PBI free license granted) access PBI by first time without receiving any message?

Thanks

That is not entirely accurate, and depends on the workspace role of the users.

If you have a Premium capacity you should share via the app, not via the workspace.
