Hi guys,
Since we created a new App and related workspac, we stop receiving email notifications about refresh failures.
do you know maybe why this is happening and is there something we can do here?

As we know, This notification will only email the current dataset owner in the event of a failure.
One more thing, do you have edit the alternate email? in that case, notifications should be sent to your alternate email address. And did you check your spam/junk folders of your mailbox?

Yes, i am a dataset owner. Today i received the failure notificatin regarding a different report. Is it possible that notification is related to the specific dataset (i.e. to work on one report, but not on the other)? Or maybe to a specific type of failure?
Defenitely it is not in my junk folder. I check this quite often due to other reasons 🙂
