Yes. For now you can't change that. It shouldn't duplicate. If it duplicate it is because you are not dealing with the same source or you have type something differente in the configuration.
NOTE: consider that each file or folder is a source. You will need that. It's not a mess if you need it.

You are right. It wasn't actually duplicat. There were differences. Thank you for your help!
