Why is it generating a new link to the Power bi application after updating it ?

Hi,

After updating the application in Power Bi, a new link to the application was generated. I wonder what is the reason for generating a new link and deleting the old one to the application ?
I did not unpublish the application and published again . The only change I made to the application was to replace the report.

Yes, but when I updated the app a new link has appeared and the old link to the app did not work 😞

Hi @EdwinaBir ,

 It shows you the app URL when you create and app and when you update the app, but it is the same URL.
