Why is My Power BI Trial Period Automatically Extended?
Hi everyone,
I’ve been using the Power BI trial version, and I noticed that my trial period was automatically extended with 6 days remaining. I didn’t take any action or request an extension myself, yet the trial was prolonged.
Does anyone know why this might happen? Is it a common practice by Microsoft, or could it be something specific to my account?
Has anyone else experienced this? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, this has happened for me for Power BI multiple times. I go for Pro Trial and after expiry days, it again gets renewed without any action from my end.
And for MS Fabric also, it got extended again and again but with a prompt to renew the trial.
Microsoft is really doing great job in letting us try, experiment both Power BI & MS Fabric features in free. Enjoy till then 😀
