Helper IIIWhy did MS make embedding a Power BI visual so difficult?
Why can't I simply upload my PBIX to Power BI Online and use iframe to call a URL to show my visual? Is it all about making money? Surely, my simple scenario is technically feasible.
It especially makes sense to me that being an Office 365 Enterprise customer I should be able to embed a visual in my private SharePoint Online site.
cparker4486 I understand the frustration, there are areas of improvement related to how easily Power BI integrates easily with other Microsoft tools. There are so many new features that get put out, it is most likely just a matter of backlog priority. In addition, it looks like this should be coming soon based on this user voice request where the team has changed the status of the idea to "started" - so I would assume they are actively working on it.
