Post PartisanWhy can't I create a Premium Capacity Workspace?
I'm new to my organization and I'm looking to share a report I've created. My only options for license mode are "Pro" and "Premium Per-User". I'd like to select a Premium Capacity license so I can share my report with multiple other users who have a free license.
I'm told the organization has purchased Premium Capacity and I can see other workspaces that are Premium Capacity.
Why am I unable to create a Premium Capacity workspace. Is this a limitation with my individual license type?

It is possible that you do not have permission to move workspaces to your organizations capacities. You can find this setting in the Admin portal for the specific capacity. Please see the following link: Manage your Fabric capacity - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn
